Trevecca will not be attending the Unity Christian Musical Festival, August 12-14 in Muskegon, Michigan.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR ENROLLMENT IS NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE OR ENROLLMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (OTHER THAN RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK, AND PUERTO RICO) BETWEEN THE AGES OF FOURTEEN (14) AND NINETEEN (19) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY OR IF YOU’RE AT LEAST AGE THIRTEEN (13) AND ENTERING ON BEHALF OF AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER BETWEEN THE AGES OF FOURTEEN (14) AND NINETEEN (19). THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

  1. Eligibility.

    The "2010 Great Trevecca Giveaway Sweepstakes" (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (other than residents of New York and Puerto Rico) between the ages of fourteen (14) and nineteen (19) at the time of entry or if you’re at least age thirteen (13) and entering on behalf of an Immediate family member that is between the ages of fourteen (14) and nineteen (19). Employees, officers and directors of Trevecca Nazarene University (“Sponsor”), and Premier Christian Cruises, Inc., EMI Christian Music Group, Inc., Provident Music Group, Inc. and Word Entertainment, LLC, (collectively, “Prize Providers”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and entities engaged in the design and implementation of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, IRS dependents, and members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible. "Immediate family" means parents, children, sisters, brothers and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Void where prohibited.

  2. How To Enter.

    The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2010 at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on October 29, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM CST; provided however, the Sweepstakes shall end solely for the purpose of determining the Music Boat Cruise Winner (as later defined) on September 12, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM CST. You may enter the Sweepstakes online or in person at each of the following festivals scheduled to be held between June 11, 2010 and September 12, 2010: Crossover Festival, Atlanta Fest, Ichthus, Alive Festival, Big Ticket Festival, Cornerstone, Unity Festival, Rock the Light Festival and Rock the Universe (each a “Festival” and collectively, the “Festivals”) and at each of the Thursday Night Lights high school football games (each a “Game” and collectively, the “Games”) scheduled to occur in the metropolitan Nashville, Tennessee area in August 2010 through October 2010. Location of the Games is yet to be determined. Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. Limit of one (1) entry per person, which may either be online or in person. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different addresses, multiple/different email addresses, identities or any robotic, automatic and similar methods will void all that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified.

    Online entry: To be eligible, participant will complete and submit the online entry form located at morethanacollege.com (Website) for receipt by 11:59:59 PM EST on Friday, October 29, 2010. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Entrants received online will only be available to win either the Grand Prize Runner Up, Music Boat Cruise Prize or the Grand Prize.

    In person entry: To be eligible at any Festival or Game, participant will enter the entrant’s name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code), email address, high school graduation year and date of birth into a laptop computer located at Sponsor’s booth. Entrants received in person at the Festivals will only be available to win a prize for the particular Festival for which they register at or for the Grand Prize Runner Up, Music Boat Cruise Prize or the Grand Prize. Entrants received in person at the Games will only be available to win the Grand Prize Runner Up and the Grand Prize.

  3. Drawings.

    A random drawing for all prize winners of each Festival will be conducted by Sponsor at the applicable Festival approximately one (1) hour before the conclusion of each Festival from among all eligible entries received in person. A random drawing for the Music Boat Cruise Prize will be conducted by Sponsor at its offices on or around September 17, 2010, from among all eligible entries received prior to such drawing at the Festivals and online. A random drawing for the Grand Prize Runner Up and Grand Prize will be conducted by Sponsor at its offices on or around October 29, 2010 from among all eligible entries received at the Festivals, Games and online. A random drawing of the odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received.

  4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values.

    Three (3) winners will be drawn from all eligible entries received at each Festival (each an “Event Winner”).

    • The first Event Winner drawn at each Festival will receive a one-time One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) scholarship to be used solely for tuition to Trevecca Nazarene University located in Nashville, Tennessee, which shall be valid for four (4) years from the date the prize is awarded. For clarity, the scholarship may not be used for books, fees, room or board. Approximate retail value is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00);
    • The second Event Winner drawn at each Festival will receive a FLIP video camera in which the make, model and color shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value is One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00); or
    • The third Event Winner drawn at each Festival will receive a WOW CD Brick consisting of thirty (30) CD’s from the WOW series. Approximate retail value is Four Hundred Twenty Dollars ($420.00).
    • One (1) winner (“Music Boat Cruise Winner”) will be drawn from all eligible entries received at the Festivals and online prior to the drawing on or around September 17, 2010. The Music Boat Cruise Winner will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night cruise for two (2) individuals on the Music Boat taking place on November 8, 2010 through November 12, 2010 (“Cruise” and “Music Boat Cruise Prize”). The ship will debark from Miami, Florida and sail to Nassau Bahamas, CocoCay and Key West. The Music Boat Cruise Winner will be provided one (1) room (double occupancy) determined by Premier Cruise Lines, aboard the ship for the Music Boat Cruise Winner and one (1) travel guest. Includes lodging and food upon the ship only. The Music Boat Cruise Winner and travel guest must abide by all policies of the cruise line which owns the Music Boat. Such policies include without limitation, persons who may sail on the Music Boat which are that adults aged twenty-one (21) or older. The cruise line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age of twenty-one (21) unless the guest is (i) traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five (25) years or older; (ii) traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required); or traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom. Guests not conforming to these policies will be denied boarding and no prize substitutions for the cruise fare will be issued. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies. The travel guest of the Music Boat Cruise Winner must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. In addition to the requirements set forth above by the cruise lines, the travel guest must have reached the age of majority in the guest’s state or the Music Boat Cruise Winner must be a legal guardian of the Music Boat Cruise Winner's guest and must sign release documents on the minor guest’s behalf. The Music Boat Cruise Winner and guest are solely responsible for required travel documents such as government-issued photo identification and a valid passport. If the Music Boat Cruise Winner does not have a travel guest accompany him/her on the trip, the Music Boat Cruise Winner will be awarded in amounts appropriate for (1) traveler and the Music Boat Cruise Winner will not receive any compensation in conjunction therewith. All expenses not specifically included in the Music Boat Cruise Prize as described in these Official Rules are hereby excluded, such as all travel and lodging expenses to and from Miami, Florida, port fees, pre-paid gratuities, taxes, currency conversion charges, if any, and any additional food, transportation and sightseeing. Approximate retail value for each person is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

      Who may sail?

      Adults aged twenty-one or older may sail. The Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age of twenty-one unless the guest is:

      1. traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five years or older;
      2. traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (Proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required); or
      3. traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom.

      Guests not conforming to these policies will be denied boarding and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Sorry, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.

    • One (1) winner (“Grand Prize Runner Up Winner”) will be drawn from all eligible entries received at each Festival, Game and online. The Grand Prize Runner Up Winner will receive one (1) iPad (“Grand Prize Runner Up”) in which the model, color and style shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value is Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00).

    • One (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be drawn from all entries received at the Festivals, Games and online. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a one time, one (1) year scholarship for tuition only in an undergraduate program to Trevecca Nazarene University (excludes enrollment in any nursing program) (“Grand Prize”), which shall be valid for four (4) years from the date the prize is awarded. Books, fees, room and board are not included. Approximate retail value will vary depending upon the date of enrollment. Tuition for the fall semester of 2010 is Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($18,318.00).

    Total approximate retail value for all prizes will vary depending upon the date of enrollment for the Grand Prize Winner. The total approximate retail value for all prizes if the Grand Prize Winner utilizes the Grand Prize for school year commencing in the Fall of 2010 shall be Thirty-Five Thousand and Ninety-Eight Dollars ($35,098.00).

    All expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules are hereby excluded.

  5. Notification.

    The Music Boat Cruise Winner, Grand Prize Runner Up Winner and Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone or email within ten (10) business days following each drawing. Each Event Winner will be notified in person on or around the day of the applicable event for which they register or by phone or email within ten (10) business days following the event. All winners will be required to complete, sign and have notarized, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permitted, a Publicity Release and return these documents along with any other forms requested by Sponsor within five (5) days of receipt by the time specified in such. If a winner is under the age of majority in the winner’s state of residence, the winner’s legal guardian must also sign such documents in order for the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. Failure by a winner to return the completed documents by the time specified by Sponsor for any reason or the return of a prize notification as undeliverable (due to either an incorrect or incomplete address, email address and/or phone number) may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, cause the prize to be forfeited or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with the Official Rules or cannot or will not accept a prize, his or her entry will be deemed ineligible, and Sponsor may elect, at its sole discretion, to randomly draw another winner without consideration of the disqualified or forfeited entry. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in prize delivery or for any cancellations.

  6. Prize Restrictions.

    There shall be no cash or other prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, for any reason and only then for a prize of comparable or equal value. A prize may not be sold, transferred or exchanged. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ON A PRIZE AND ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF A PRIZE AND NOT SPECIFIED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The valuation of a prize stated above is based on reasonably available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of a prize awarded to the winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household/email address.

  7. General Conditions.

    Except where prohibited by law, by participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges shall be final and binding in all respects and matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities (including without limitation, Sponsor and the Prize Providers) from and against any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury and/or death or property damage, sustained in connection with his/her participation in this Sweepstakes, or from his/her receipt, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, administration or announcement of any prize; (c) that the foregoing Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to a prize; and (d) except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor, and/or any party authorized by them the unlimited right to use a winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph and statements regarding this Sweepstakes in all media without review for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes along with granting a prize as stipulated herein whether utilized in print media, television, video, film, radio, internet or otherwise, without prior review or approval, all without compensation (except where prohibited by law) and, upon request, to provide such consent in writing. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for multiple entries entered by other than human means or other mechanical means, or for entries that are destroyed or are incomplete.

  8. Disqualification.

    Without limitation, an entry may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in addition as otherwise provided for in these Official Rules if you fail to meet the entry requirements or violate or fail to comply with the terms of these Official Rules.

  9. Liability Limitations.

    1. Any information collected from you in connection with the Sweepstakes will be delivered to Sponsor and to the Prize Providers upon request and may be used in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor and the Prize Providers may use personal and aggregated information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes for multiple purposes, which may include without limitation, to notify entrants about the Sponsor, promotional offers or opportunities by the Sponsor and/or the Prize Providers and may divulge information if either one is subpoenaed and/or if Sponsor believes it is necessary, in its sole discretion, to prohibit unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health and safety of another. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE RULES TERMS, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
    2. Neither Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Entities are responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) printing, typographical or any other errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials and if there is any inconsistency between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control, (ii) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, incomplete, incorrect, illegible entries, returned entries or mail or postage due mail; or (v) any condition that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries determined by it, in its sole discretion, that have been submitted fraudulently in contravention of the Official Rules, contains an advertisement or other form of commercial solicitation; is infringing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, inflammatory, inappropriate or profane or any material that may violate any personal or privacy rights (including, without limitation, the use of last names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information). CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to choice of law or conflict of law principles; and any dispute arising out of or connected in any way with the Sweepstakes shall be brought only in the applicable federal or state court in Nashville, Tennessee and you waive all objections to such jurisdiction and venue. If there is a dispute, all online entries are deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.
    3. All prizes are awarded "as is" and without any warranty or any kind, express or Implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed.
  10. 10. Winners List/Official Rules.

    For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed first class stamped envelope after November 1, 2010 but before December 30, 2010 for receipt by such date to Sponsor at Sponsor’s address listed below. For a copy of the Official Rules mail a self-addressed first class stamped to the Sponsor’s address listed below for receipt by October 28, 2010. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules only.
